Mobile applications privacy policy

Applies to: Virtual Garden: Landscaping, FocusFlow: ADHD Day Planner, Voicely: AI Voice Notes, MoodSpace: Mood Tracker AI, and other applications published by Solvalex / Aliaksandr Sliborski (each, an “Application”).
Solvalex ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App(s).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: content you create within the App (e.g. saved designs, favorites) and feedback you submit. Automatically collected information: device identifiers, operating system, app usage data and crash logs, collected via analytics SDKs. Camera / AR features: if the App uses augmented reality features (e.g. Virtual Garden), camera access is used only to render AR content on your device; images are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save or share them.
2. How we use information
To operate and improve the App, provide personalized content (e.g. AI-generated quotes/affirmations), respond to feedback, and, where applicable, serve advertising.
3. AI Features and On-Device Processing
Our Applications may provide AI-powered features using Apple’s on-device Foundation Models or optional language models downloaded to and executed locally on the user’s device. All AI inference is performed on the device. User content processed by these features—including text, notes, journal entries, transcriptions, prompts, conversations, and related application data—is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other third-party cloud AI service. We do not use this content to train AI models. When a user chooses to download an optional local model, the Application contacts a third-party model hosting provider, such as Hugging Face, solely to download the model file. User content and prompts are not included in this request. The hosting provider may receive standard technical network information, such as the IP address, request time, and requested file, in accordance with its privacy policy. Downloaded models are stored and executed locally and can be removed by deleting them in the Application where supported or by deleting the Application. Any service provider involved in delivering model files is expected to provide the same or an equivalent level of data protection described in this Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services
The App may use third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws. Contact us at bienvenu@solvalex.com to exercise these rights.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
