Mobile applications privacy policy

Applies to: Virtual Garden: Landscaping, FocusFlow: ADHD Day Planner, Voicely: AI Voice Notes, MoodSpace: Mood Tracker AI, and other applications published by Solvalex / Aliaksandr Sliborski (each, an “Application”).
Solvalex ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App(s).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: content you create within the App (e.g. saved designs, favorites) and feedback you submit. Automatically collected information: device identifiers, operating system, app usage data and crash logs, collected via analytics SDKs. Camera / AR features: if the App uses augmented reality features (e.g. Virtual Garden), camera access is used only to render AR content on your device; images are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save or share them.
2. How we use information
To operate and improve the App, provide personalized content (e.g. AI-generated quotes/affirmations), respond to feedback, and, where applicable, serve advertising.
3. Third-party services
The App may use third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
5. Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
6. Your rights
