Terms of use — mobile applications

Dotyczy: Virtual Garden: Landscaping, FocusFlow: ADHD Day Planner, Voicely: AI Voice Notes, MoodSpace: Mood Tracker AI oraz innych aplikacji publikowanych przez Solvalex / Aliaksandr Sliborski (każda z nich — „Aplikacja”).
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User content
Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a license to store and process it solely to operate the App.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. In-app purchases
Payment and refund terms will be specified if and when subscriptions or one-off purchases are introduced.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvalex shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law.
